1. Eligibility and age

As an advertiser, you represent and warrant that every person depicted in your listings is of legal age and has given explicit consent to publication.

2. Accounts and verification

Advertisers must complete identity/age verification (KYC). The operator may withhold publication until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Content rules (prohibited content)

Any content involving minors, trafficking, coercion or abuse is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities.

Content that infringes copyright, third-party rights or applicable law is prohibited. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload.

The operator may reject, remove or edit any listing without prior notice.

4. Role of the operator

The platform is only an advertising intermediary; it is not a party to and is not responsible for any service, meeting or transaction between advertisers and users.

Contact details and listing content belong to the advertiser; the operator is not responsible for their accuracy.

5. Placement and payments

Paid featuring/position packages may be selected. A package is not active and publication is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Refunds for listings rejected in moderation are at the operator's discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
